Intro

As trainers we all have our specialties.  All of us can help you lose weight, get faster, and stronger but there aren't many of us who can help take away that nagging pain in your shoulder, knee, hip, etc.  I’m not saying that I can fix everything, but I can help a whole lot.

 

Suffer from plantar fasciitis, bursitis, ilio/tibial band syndrome, meniscus tear, herniated discs, etc?  Do you love to cycle or run? How about CrossFit?  I can help you.

 

I have helped people who have been scheduled for surgery not have to go under the knife by using a combination of soft tissue manipulation, foam rolling, stretching, and strengthening techniques.

I can absolutely help you lose or gain weight, but I’m also here to tell you that If you are not willing to change your eating habits then your weight loss/gain goals will be minimal.
